老工业基地大中型企业新型工业化发展模式研究——以湖南省株洲市为例

摘　　要：株洲作为老工业基地,产业政策和法规不完善,资本运作实力弱,信息产业待加速,园区规划不合理,投资结构不合理等,是目前存在的基本问题。只有采取完善产业政策和法规,加快园区规划,促进产业集聚,加大资本运作,提升企业实力,培育新型产业,发展高新技术产业,扶持中小企业发展等措施,才能走新型工业化道路,提高企业自主创新能力,以信息化带动工业化,继而推进工业结构战略性调整。As an old industrial base, Zhuzhou city has such problems as imperfect industrial policies and regulations, weak power in capital operation, low speed of IT development, unreasonable planning of industrial zones and irrational investment structure. By adopting industrials policies and regulations, speeding up the planning of industrial zones to promote industry integration, strengthening capital operation to improve corporate strength, cultivating new industries, developing hi - tech industries and promoting the development of SMEs, Zhuzhou citycan take a new road to industrialization, improve independent innovation capability of firms, and realize informationization driving industrialization to promote strategic adjustment of industrial structure in the old industrial base .
