摘　　要：文章针对民办高校的生存与发展进行研究、分析，提出了特色化的战略选择。阐述了民办高等教育特色化战略在民办高校定位与发展中的地位、作用及价值取向、相互关系，对民办大学国际化发展的整体战略选择与建设过程和历史发展的独特个性进行研究。为民办高等教育研究与发展，提供可资借鉴的理论依据。This paper aims to explore and analyze the development of private universities. The author proposed a strategic choice with characteristics. This article elaborates characteristics of private higher education strategies in the development of private universities and its status, roles and values, mutual relations; it studies international development to private universities of overall strategies on selection and construction process as well as the historical development and unique characters. It provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of private higher education and exerts a far-reaching historical significance.
