摘　　要：目的探讨Ahmed青光眼阀(AGV)植入术治疗新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的有效性及安全性。方法实验组20例(20只眼)NVG行AGV植人术(可拆缝线+可吸收6-0缝线结扎引流管),观察术后并发症、眼压、手术成功率,并与既往未采用可松解缝线的12例(12只眼)对照组比较分析。结果实验组随访6～32个月,平均随访(10.31±4.25)个月,最后随访平均眼压(21.8±3.5)mmHg,有效率为80%(16/20);对照组随访6～32个月,平均随访(11.21±3.95)个月,最后随访平均眼压(22.5±3.9)mmHg,有效率为75%(9/12)。两组眼压控制情况比较无显著性差异(P>0.01)。术后早期Ⅱ级以上浅前房的发生率:实验组2只眼,2/20(10%);对照组7只眼,7/12(58.33%);两组间浅前房的发生率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 Ahmed青光眼阀植入术是NVG的有效治疗手段,联合丝裂霉素c(MMC)可提高手术成功率,采用可松解缝线可减少术后浅前房的发生。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and salty of the Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation to manage neovascular glaucoma.Methods 20 cases（20 eyes）of observed group received the Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation with adjustable suture in the operation. 12 cases（12 eyes） of control group only received the Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation. The incidence of postoperative compilations includes the postoperative shallow anterior chamber and surgical effecfion was studied. Results In the observed group, the mean follow time was（10.31± 4.25）months, the mean last follow-up IOP was（21.8±3.5）mm Hg,the total success rate was 80%,In the control group, the mean follow time was（11.21±3.95）months,the mean last follow-up lOP was（22.5±3.9）ram Hg,the total success rate was 75%,the difference between two groups was not significantly （P〉0.01）. The incidence of postoperative early grade 2 shallow anterior chamber was 2 cases（10%）in observed group, 7 cases（58.33%）in control group,the difference between two groups was significanfly（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation combined with mitomycin C are an effective method for managing neovascular glaucoma,applying the adjustable suture can reduce the incidence of postoperative shallow anterior chamber.
