痔瘘熏洗剂治疗火毒炽盛型低位肛周脓肿术后创面临床观察  

Zhilou Decoction Fumigating for Post-operation Wound Surface of Low Perianal Abscess with Virulent Fire Blazing Syndrome:A Clinical Observation

摘　　要：目的观察痔瘘熏洗剂熏洗治疗火毒炽盛型低位肛周脓肿切开引流术后创面的临床疗效。方法将40例患者按1∶1原则随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组20例采用痔瘘熏洗剂熏洗治疗,对照组20例用皮肤康洗剂熏洗治疗。3周后评价疗效。结果治疗组在减少创面渗液、加快腐肉脱落、促进创面愈合方面明显优于治疗组(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。结论痔瘘熏洗剂熏洗治疗火毒炽盛型低位肛周脓肿术后创面的临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hip bath with Zhilou Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine preparation,in the treatment of wound surface of low perianal abscess complicated with virulent fire blazing syndrome after an operation of incision and drainage.Methods A total of 40 patients were averagely randomized into the treatment group and the control group： 20 patients in the treatment group were treated with hip bath with Zhilou Decoction,and the other 20 patients in the control group were treated by Pifukang Lotion,a patent traditional Chinese medicine for external application.The therapeutic effects were evaluated 3 weeks after the treatment.Results The therapeutic effects of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group in reducing wound exudate,eliminating pus and slough,and promoting the healing of wound surface（P0.05,or P0.01）.Conclusion Zhilou Decoction fumigating has marked effects in treating post-operation wound surface of low perianal abscess complicated with virulent fire blazing syndrome.
