摘 要:使用界面聚合法制备了含有不同质量囊芯物质的热敏染料微胶囊;对比微胶囊的热相变特性,研究了染料含量对纸基热敏微胶囊涂层显影密度的影响。热重分析结果显示:聚脲囊壁在120℃左右达到玻璃点转化温度,渗透性增强,当温度达到253.8℃时微胶囊囊壁结构分解。变温红外光谱检测结果显示:在170℃以下所测微胶囊囊壁在玻璃态与高弹态之间转化,此变温范围内囊壁分子的分子结构和键合特性的变化是可逆的。影像密度检测结果显示:随着荧烷类染料(ODB-2)含量的增加,纸基热敏微胶囊涂层显影密度增加,但随染料包覆量增加,显影密度提高变慢。The thermal sensitive dye microeapsules containing material with different quality were prepared by interracial polymerization method. Compared with the characteristics of thermal phase change of microcapsules, the influence of the dye content on the paperbased microcapsule coated thermal imaging density was studied. TGA results show that the poly urea wall reaches glass transition temperature at about 120℃ with permeability increasing, and the microcapsule wall decomposes when its temperature reaches 253.8℃. Results of temperature-controllable FT-IR show that the microcapsule's wall changes between the glass state and the high-elastic state under 170℃, and changes of the molecular structure and bonding characteristics of wall molecular are reversible under the temperature range. Meanwhile, image density test results show that the paper-based thermal imaging microcapsule coating density increased with ODB-2 content increasing, while the improvement of the density became slow with the dye coating increasing.
