清开灵口服液体外抑菌效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清开灵口服液的体外抑菌效果。方法:运用K-B纸片琼脂扩散法测定不同浓度的清开灵口服液及抗生素阳性对照组和生理盐水阴性对照组对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌标准菌株的体外抑菌效果。结果:不同浓度的清开灵口服液在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌标准菌株的抑菌效果与阳性对照组、阴性对照组相比有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:清开灵口服液在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌标准菌株均有轻度的抑菌作用。Objective： To investigate the antibacterial effectiveness of Qingkailing Oral Liquid in vitro. Methods： To measure antibacterial effectiveness of Qingkailing Oral Liquid with different concentrations,positive control of antibiotic and negative control of normal saline against the standard strains of Staphylococcus aurous,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aerations,Klebsiella pneumonia using KB disc agar diffusion method.Results： Antibacterial effect of Qingkailing Oral Liquid with different concentrations against the standard strains of Staphylococcus aurous,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aerations,Klebsiella pneumonia in vitro had statistically significant differences versus the positive control and the negative control（P0.05）.Conclusion： Qingkailing Oral Liquid against the standard strains of Staphylococcus aurous,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aerations,Klebsiella pneumonia has slight antibacterial effectiveness in vitro.
