摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,对中美两国在竞技体育康复体能领域中的职业分工、运行机制和人才培养模式等方面进行比较分析,探讨我国目前在该领域长期落后的主要原因,为构建长效的专业人才培养模式提供对策。By the methods of literature study, expert interview and logical analysis, the article makes a comparative analysis of the professional division, operation system and talent cultivation of the competitive sports physical rehabilitation in China and in the US. It discusses the main reasons of China＇s lagging behind in this area so as to form an effective model for cultivating professional talents.
