基于HPM的延吉市开敞空间宜人性评价

摘　　要：延吉市作为长吉图开发先导区的前沿城市,宜居、旅游和开放成为其发展不可缺少的3大软实力支撑点.基于ARCGIS和SPSS软件平台,采用享乐价格法(HPM),分析延吉市开敞空间的宜人性.结果表明:延吉市开敞空间的整体分布极不均衡,现有的开敞空间数量和面积不能满足延吉市广大市民的需要,舒适性、宜人性较差.随着延吉市经济的发展,人口的增加,对开敞空间需进行大规模规划和建设,以与当前"低碳化"、"生态化"的城市发展主题相适应,同时也可为长吉图开发先导区城市开敞空间规划提供参考.Yanji City is the leading edge urban areas of Chang-ji-tu development, the livable, tourism and opening up will be the soft power of the three support points, which is essential in Yanji＇s development. With the help of GIS spatial analysis function, and using Theory of Hedonic Price method（HPM）, took a quantitative analysis to the research of amenity of urban open space in Yanji, offer some optimized strategy in the future pattern of Yanji City＇s open space, make up for the shortage of quantitative analysis of urban open space in the border minority areas, and also provide reference for the research of amenity of urban open space in leading region of Changjitu development.
