摘　　要：创新和环保是有机化学实验教学改革的方向。文章围绕这两方面提出了一些对有机化学实验的内容、教学方法、考核机制等多方面进行改革的措施,并付诸于教学实践过程中,取得了良好的成效。Creative and environmental are the direction of experiment teaching reform of organic chemistry.The paper rounds these two respects to put some reform measures on ways of course content,teaching methods and testing mechanism of organic chemistry experiment.These measures have been implemented into the teaching practice and obtained good results.
