基于小学期制应用化学专业人才培养模式探索——以九江学院《化工制图》课程改革为例

摘　　要：针对新形势下高校出现的小学期制的改革以及社会需求与人才供给脱钩的热点问题,结合九江学院应用化学专业特色,对《化工制图》课程进行改革,创新人才培养模式。通过教学内容精品化、实践过程具体化、教学水平工程化和考试方式合理化的科学应用满足了企业对复合型人才的需求,进而解决了就业形势严峻的问题。实践证明,教学效果良好,用人单位满意。Combining to the characteristics of applied chemistry of Jiujiang University,Chemical Drawing course was reformed and the training pattern of talents was innovated in view of interterm teaching reform in college and the hot issue of uncoupling demanded society and supplied talents.Through the scientific application of top-quality teaching content,concretized practical course,engineering academic level and rationalized examination method,we meet the compound talent need of the enterprise,with the purpose of resolving the rigorous employment problem.Practice proves that teaching effect is good and the company is satisfied.
