摘 要:采用实验生态学和生物化学的方法,研究了UV-B辐射对米氏凯伦藻(Karenia mikimotoi Hansen)生长及其叶绿素a(Chl-a)、类胡萝卜素(CAR)、可溶性蛋白质和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.实验结果表明:(1)长时间的UV-B辐射对米氏凯伦藻的生长具有持续抑制作用,而短期的辐射处理后在解除辐射后恢复生长.(2)对照组和辐射组的Chl-a含量在第3天时差异不明显,且都比初始含量有所增加,第3天以后辐射组Chl-a出现极显著的下降;辐射组的CAR在最初的3天有所升高,随后又逐渐下降;可溶性蛋白含量与细胞生长周期密切相关,辐射组含量始终低于对照组;UV-B辐射后的丙二醛含量则一直高于对照组.The effects of UV-B radiation on the growth and physiological characteristics including Chl-a,carotenoids,soluble protein and MDA content of Karenia mikimotoi Hansen were studied by using experimental ecology and biochemical methods.The study results are as follows,(1) long-term UV-B radiation inhibited the growth of K.mikimotoi,but lower radiation could recover during the normal culture after radiation treatments;(2) controlling group and radiation group of Chl-a content were of no significant difference in the first 3 days,Chl-a content all increased than initial,Chl-a content of radiation group significantly declined after 3 days;CAR content of radiation group was increased in the first 3 days,then decreased gradually;soluble protein content and cell cycle were closely related,but the radiation group content was always lower than the controlling group;MDA content of radiation group was always higher than the controlling group.
