摘  要:【目的】通过连续多年的试验掌握红枣叶片叶绿素值变化规律,探讨红枣叶片叶绿素值(SPAD)对施肥量的响应,为以后红枣果树养分需求规律和提高养分利用率提供依据。【方法】跟踪研究红枣果树特定部位,同时采用变量施肥对叶片叶绿素值进行测定。【结果】在红枣叶片不同时期叶绿素与施肥量呈正相关,但氮素投入量达到一定水平后叶绿素值随施氮量增加有下降趋势。在红枣叶片生长早期(0~30 d)比叶重与SPAD值相关性达极显著。【结论】有必要针对作物在各物候期不同养分供应状况下建立相应叶绿素值标准,以便更好的利用叶绿素仪,达到更好的诊断效果。[Objective] The experiments were conducted to study SPAD values of Ziziphus jujube(Z. J) leaves, and explore the effect of SPAD value changes with fertilization with the purpose of providing basis for promoting the utilization of nutrition of the fruit trees of Xinjiang. [ Method ] Trace study were worked on special position of jujube trees to determine leaves SPAD values under different amount of fertilizer. [ Result] The result showed that the relationship of SPAD values and fertilization rate was positive correlation, but the SPAD values had downtrend when nitrogen rate attained certain level. It was that SPAD values were significantly correlated with specific leaf weight (SLW) when the leaves were young. [ Conclusion] It is very necessary to build SPAD value standard in different dynamics under different nutrients provided in order to use chlorophyll apparatus better and have a better diagnostic effect.
