民族院校大学生党建与思想政治工作实践——以大连民族学院为例

摘　　要：以大连民族学院为例,分析了民族院校学生的特点,提出了新时期民族院校以培养政治坚定的少数民族青年马克思主义者为着力点,探索民族院校大学生党建工作的新思路和新途径,以"三个强化"开创大学生党建的新局面,从而提高大学生思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性。Taking Dalian Nationalities University as an example,the paper analyzes the distinctive features of nationalities university students,and puts forward the statement that the new ideas and new methods for party building among nationalities university students should be explored in the new period based on the focus of cultivating politically firm minority young Marxists,and the new situation of student party building should be created by ＂three strengthening＂.Thus,the pertinence and effectiveness of university students＇ ideological and political education may be improved.
