摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环用于低年资护士的管理对提高手术室工作质量的影响。方法运用PDCA循环进行低年资护士管理:根据手术室低年资护士的工作现状,找出质量问题,分析产生质量问题的原因和影响因素,制定措施和计划并实施;调查效果,跟进检查,提高措施和计划落实的有效性;总结检查的结果,对成功经验加以肯定,并予以标准化,提出未解决的问题,转入下一个PDCA循环。统计并比较PDCA循环运用前(2006年1月—2007年12月)和运用后(2008年1月—2010年12月)手术室护理不良事件的发生情况和200人次医生对护理工作的满意度。结果实施PDCA循环后护理不良事件的发生率减少,手术医生对手术室护理工作的满意率提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环管理可有效提高手术室低年资护士的工作质量,减少护理不良事件发生,提高手术医生满意度。Objective To explore the influence of PDCA in the management of junior nurses on improving work quality in operating room. Methods PDCA circulation was applied in the management of junior nurses, and altogether four steps in the management were established： quality problems were found out through checking junior nurse＇ s everyday work; and then, measures and plans were formulated through analyzing factors leading to those quality problems; measures and plans were carried out; results were checked, and experiences were summarized. Results The incidence of adverse events decreased, while the surgeons＇ satisfaction increased, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Application of PDCA circulation is beneficial to the improvement of work quality of junior nurses in operating room.
