实习护生医疗法律知识认知程度及存在的法律风险调查

摘　　要：目的分析实习护生对于医疗法律知识的掌握程度和实习当中存在的法律风险,为提高实习护生医疗法律知识知晓率,增强其法律意识提供科学的依据。方法 2011年1—3月对204名实习护生的医疗法律知识认知水平及其医疗行为法律风险进行调查。结果实习护生对当前医疗法律知识的知晓率较低,得分为(3.78±0.12)分;护生在医疗护理行为中法律风险意识较为薄弱;实习护生医疗法律知识的掌握程度与其医疗行为法律风险具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论学校和实习医院都需加强对于实习护生医疗法律知识的传授,增强其医疗行为法律风险的防范意识,带教老师需注意护生法律防范意识的培养计划,严格规范护生各项操作规程。Objective To explore medical legal knowledge of nursing students and their legal risks during their practice and to provide reference for the improvement of nursing students＇ legal knowledge, strengthening of their legal awareness. Methods A total of 204 nursing students were surveyed for their medical legal knowledge and their legal risks in medical practice from January to March 2011. Results Nursing students displayed inadequate knowledge of medical law with a score of 3.78±0.12 out of 11. Meanwhile, their legal risks awareness of medical practice remained at a significant weak level. There was correlation between medical legal knowledge and legal risk （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both medical law knowledge and awareness of legal risks in medical practice should be improved and strengthened. Clinical nursing teachers should attach great importance to training students＇ legal awareness.
