摘　　要：明代学者胡应麟的小说理论研究侧重于文言小说方面,但其对通俗白话小说亦给予相当的重视与研究,尤其对于《水浒传》的研究,在其著作中有两条关于《水浒传》的研究资料,一向不为人所重视,本文对这两条资料进行了考察辨证,阐述了这两条资料对《水浒传》研究的意义。HuYing-lin＇s study on the theory of ancient fiction focused on the classical fictions, but he also took the popular novels into account considerably,in particular to The Story by the Water Margin. There are two data about the study on The Story by the Water Margin in his works, which were ignored for a long time. This thesis studies and inspects these two data, and represents the important effect of the two data in the study on The Story by the Water Margin.
