摘 要:目的:观察口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤病人术后应用不同的肠内营养支持对治疗效果的影响。方法:选择口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后病人29例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组14例,使用整蛋白型肠内营养制剂立适康进行营养支持;对照组15例,使用自制匀浆膳。并分别测定术前1 d和术后第7天营养相关指标。结果:试验组病人平均住院时间、体重、血清清蛋白、球蛋白与对照组比较无显著性差异。但血清前清蛋白、淋巴细胞均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤病人术后早期使用整蛋白型肠内营养制剂进行营养支持,可减轻病人胃肠道刺激,对病人营养状况和免疫功能的恢复较自制匀浆膳效果更好。Objective: To observe the treatment effect of enteral nutrition in postoperative patients suffering from oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors. Methods: 29 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor postoperative patients were divided into EN group and control group randomly. 14 cases of EN group were given with whole protein enteral nutrition named Lishikang and 15 cases of control group were given with homemade homogenate meal. The nutrition-related indexes were determined before and the seventh day after operation. Results: The average days in hospital, body weight , albumin and globulin of the two groups showed no significant differences. The plasma prealbumin and lymphocyte of EN group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Early enteral nutrition can decrease gastrointestinal stimulation, and improve the nutritional status and immune function in patients with Oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors.
