结肠癌肠梗阻手术治疗80例

摘　　要：目的总结分析80例结肠癌性梗阻手术治疗的方法及效果。方法回顾性分析80例结肠癌性梗阻患者的一般资料,手术方式和方法,分析其治疗效果,并发症及生活质量改善情况。结果手术均成功,无术中死亡病例,术后2例发生感染性休克死亡,并发症发生7例,1年生存率为78.8%,3年生存率为60.3%,生活质量达到较好的改善。结论结肠癌肠梗阻患者应首先明确病变性质及部位,尽快改善病人全身情况,充分做好术前的准备工作,然后针对性的选择合理的术式,并在术中做好肠道灌洗处理,术后预防吻合口漏等并发症的发生,能够起到较好的治疗效果,降低死亡率,改善患者生活质量。Objective Analyzed 80 cases of colon obstruction method and effect of surgical treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of 80 cases of patients with obstructive colon cancer general information,surgical approach and methods of its treatment,complications and quality of life improvement.Results All the operations were successful,no intraoperative deaths,2 patients died of septic shock occurred,the complication in 7 cases,1 year survival rate was 78.8%,3 year survival rate was 60.3%,to improve the quality of life for the better.Conclusion Paclitaxe Liposome and purple Paclitaxe treats ovarian cancer＇s cure effect mellowly quite,but because its can reduce the allergy the occurrence,causes the untoward effect to have the probability to drop,is worth the clinical promotion.
