中西医结合防治糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：将46例非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各23例，对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中医药治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为91．30％对照组总有效率为56．52％，两组比较P〈0．05有显著性差异。结论：中西医结合治疗NPDR较西医治疗有较好的疗效，具有一定的优越性。objective to observe the clinical curative effect of diabetic retinopathy treated by combination of TCM and Western medicine Methods 46 non-Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy patients randomly divided into treatment and control groups each 23 cases, control group treated with Western medicine, therapy group in the control group therapy combined with Chinese medicine on the basis of treatment. Results total effective rate of 91.3% treatment group, control group total effective rate of 56.52%, P〈0.05 for comparing two groups have significant differences. Conclusion NPDR treated by Western medicine treatment has good effects, have certain advantages.
