摘  要:目的探讨健康教育联合超早期干预对中枢性协调障碍(CCD)患儿适应行为的影响。方法将0~6月龄的36例CCD患儿作为观察组,选择年龄、性别基本相同的正常健康儿作对照组;观察组给予系统健康教育、康复功能锻练、营养脑细胞、高压氧等综合干预治疗,1 a后应用《婴儿社会生活能力量表》对患儿进行评估。结果观察组社会生活能力中的独立生活能力、运动能力、作业操作能力、交流能力、参加集体活动得分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.01),而两组小孩的自我管理能力均不得分。结论在超早期对CCD患儿给予综合干预,可提高CCD患儿的适应行为,减轻个人及家庭痛苦,提高他们的生存质量。Objective To study the effects of health education and ultra early intervention on social adjustemt behavior of children with Central coordination disorder(CCD).Methods To choose 36 cases of 0 to 6-month old children with CCD as the treatment group,selecte normal and healthy children with the same(similar) age and gender as control group and the treatment group were given comprehensive intervention including functional training,nutrition,brain cells,hyperbaric oxygen,ect.All children were evaluated by using the Infant Social Adaptive Capacity Scale(ISACS) after one year treament.Results The scores of social life ability in independent living,motion capacity,operating capacity,communication skills,participating in group activities showed that there was no significant difference and no statistical significance(P0.01) between the two groups(compared with the control group),while children with CCD ultra early comprehensive could improve children's adaptive behavior,but the score of self-management ability in the two groups of children didn't get any points.Conclusions The ultra-early intervention can reduce the suffering of individuals and families,and improve their quality of life.
