摘　　要：分析了解放军医学图书馆电子阅览室利用率低的原因,提出了改善网络环境和加强信息资源建设及馆藏电子资源的宣传、揭示力度,提高相关工作人员的综合素质,开展用户培训等有效提高电子阅览室利用率的措施。Reasons for the low utilization ratio of electronic reading room in Medical Library of Chinese PLA were analyzed and certain measures for increasing it were put forward, such as improving its network environment, strengthening the development of information resources and the propaganda and revealing of electronic resources, enhancing the comprehensive quality of related staff, and training of users.
