摘　　要：新生代农民工逐渐成为外出务工群体的主力军。对于新生代农民工的社会融入问题得到了广泛的关注。而新生代农民工对于自身身份的认同,与其社会融入有着直接的关系。本文在对以往的研究进行了梳理,明确了新生代农民工及身份认同的定义。同时对我国关于新生代农民工身份认同的研究成果进行了总结,为后续更深入更广泛的研究奠定基础。The new generation migrant workers have become the mainstay of migrant workers.The problems of identity of the new generation workers received extensive attention.Their identity is a predominant influence in social melting.This paper analyzes on the previous research,clear and definite the concept of the new generation workers and identity.This is review on recent research about personal identity of Cenozoic migrant workers.This paper is aimed at laying the groundwork for thorough study.
