摘　　要：全日制教育硕士综合实践能力的培养是研究生教育的重要组成部分．本文分析了教育技术学教育硕士的教学工作特点，从教学实践、教育资源开发和科学研究三个方面就教育硕士综合实践能力培养提出一些观点，并根据学校的具体实际设计出有针对性的初步方案．Comprehensive practical ability cultivation of full-time education master is an important part of master education. This paper analyzes the characteristics of teaching of the educational technology master, make some points from teaching practice, education resource development, scientific research on the master education to develop comprehensive practical ability, and designed the targeted inltial program according to the actual situation of the school.
