摘　　要：为了了解大学生党员在构建和谐校园宿舍中发挥先进性的情况，通过对吉首大学外国语学院和谐宿舍文化建设情况进行了调研，召开专题讨论会，形成了大学生党员在构建和谐校园宿舍文化中发挥先进性情况的调研论文．In order to understand the advanced nature of college students party in the building of a harmonious campus dormitory, recently I had a research on College of Foreign Languages, Jishou University＇s harmonious cultural construction of dormitories, convening of the symposium, formed a research paper on advanced nature of college students party in the building era harmonious campus dormitory.
