青海地区人群下颌第三磨牙的形态研究

摘　　要：目的:研究青海地区人群下颌第三磨牙形态特征,为临床诊疗提供科学依据。方法:收集122个青海地区人群下颌第三磨牙,测量牙齿的全长、冠长、根长、近中远中径、颊舌径、牙尖数目和牙根数目等并进行统计学分析。结果:青海地区人群中下颌第三磨牙全长、冠长及颊舌径男女之间有统计学差异(P<0.05),牙尖型和牙根型存在正相关关系。结论:青海地区人群下颌第三磨牙形态变异较大。Objective： To provide scientific proof for the clinical treatment by studying the morphology of third molars in Qingha region.Methods： 122 extracted of mandibular third molars in Qinghai region were measured,including the length of tooth,height of dental crown,length of dental root,mesiodistal and buccolingual crown diameter,number of cusps and number of roots.Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS software package.Results： The measurements of mandibular third molars＇ tooth length,coronal length,buccolingual crown diameter had significant difference between men and women in Qinghai region（P0.05）.There was a positive correlation between the types of cusps and roots.Conclusion： The morphology of mandibular third molars in Qinghai region varied largely.
