摘　　要：目的:研究细胞粘附分子CD44v6在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与临床参数的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法对49例附有癌旁组织的口腔鳞状细胞癌及其中的7例转移淋巴结进行CD44v6的检测。结果:CD44v6表达与肿瘤病理分级有关(P<0.05),随着肿瘤分化程度的降低,CD44v6表达呈降低趋势,部分区域甚至不表达;发生淋巴结转移组与未发生淋巴结转移组的原发灶比较,CD44v6表达强度有显著差异(P<0.01),发生淋巴结转移组的原发灶CD44v6高表达,未发生淋巴结转移组的原发灶CD44v6低表达。结论:CD44v6的表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌的分化程度有一定相关性;CD44v6高表达有可能作为口腔鳞状细胞癌淋巴转移的一个预测指标。Objective： To investigated the expression of CD44v6 in human oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC） and the relationship between their expressions and the clinical datum.Methods： 49 cases of OSCC including their tumor margin and 7 metastatic lymph nodes were studied by immunohistochemical S-P method.Results： The expression of CD44v6 correlated with histological differentiation（P0.05）.The trend of the expression was down-regulated with the poorly differentiated carcinoma.There was even no expression in some area.OSCC with metastatic lymph node displayed significant up regulation of CD44v6 than those without（P0.01）.Conclusion： The expression of CD44v6 might be relevent to the differentiation of OSCC.Higher expression of CD44v6 might play a role in the metastasis of OSCC and might be used as a useful diagnostic tool to determine the metastatic potential of OSCC to lymph node.
