交叉象限龈下刮治临床疗效观察及患者满意度与复诊意愿的评价

摘　　要：目的:通过与上下半口龈下刮治比较,观察其治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效及对患者满意度与复诊意愿进行评价。方法:选取慢性牙周炎患者60例随机分为实验组30例(交叉象限刮治组)和对照组30例(上下半口刮治组),测量术前及术后1、2、6周临床指标,比较2组治疗牙周炎的疗效,患者填写满意度调查表及复诊意愿表。结果:实验组和对照组在治疗后临床指标均较基线明显好转(P<0.05),术后1、2周临床指标PD、SBI、BOP差异显著(P<0.05),AL无统计学意义,术后6周2组各临床指标均无统计学意义。2组术后疗效患者满意度和复诊意愿指数在1、2周时有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交叉象限刮治是一种短时、高效、经济、患者满意度高、复诊意愿强烈的牙周治疗方法。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of cross-quadrant root planing for patients with chronic periodontitis and evaluate the patients＇ satisfaction and referral intention,by comparing to the upper and lower half-mouth root planing.Methods： Sixty patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with cross-quadrant root planing and the control group was treated with upper and lower half-mouth root planing.The clinical indicators were measured at baseline,one week,two weeks and six weeks after therapy,comparing the efficacy of treatment of periodontitis.Patients filled out a satisfaction questionnaire and referral intention questionnaire.Results： In both groups,the clinical index were singnificantly reduced compared with baseline（P0.05）,and index of PD,SBI,BOP significantly declined in experimental group than in control group one or two weeks after therapy（P0.05）.A singnificant reduce was not observed in AL after two weeks.All clinical index were not singnificant different at six weeks after therapy.Compared with the patients＇ satisfaction of efficacy in two groups,there was statistically significance（P0.05）,the result of referral intention was the same.Conclusion： Cross-quadrant root planing is efficient,economical,high patients＇ satisfaction and referral intention treatment for periodontitis in short term.
