摘 要:目的:探讨宫颈癌组织胚胎特异性基因Nanog和Oct4的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学检测30例宫颈鳞状细胞癌、20例CINⅢ和10例正常宫颈组织中Nanog和Oct4的表达,并结合患者的临床病理资料进行统计学分析评估两者的相关性。结果:宫颈癌组织Nanog和Oct4的阳性表达率均为93.3%(28/30),CINⅢ和正常宫颈组织相比,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.001。宫颈癌组织Nanog和Oct4的高表达与肿瘤的分化程度密切相关,P<0.05。宫颈癌组Nanog和Oct4表达呈正相关,rs=0.531 7,P=0.002 5。结论:宫颈癌组织中Nanog和Oct4均有高表达,Nanog和Oct4的联合检测可作为肿瘤的一个敏感性、特异性的标志和治疗靶点。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expressions of Nanog and Oct4,an embryonic stem cell marker,in cervical carcinoma.METHODS: The expressions of Nanog and Oct4 in 30 cases of invasive cervical carcinoma,20 cases of CINⅢ,10 cases of normal cervical epithelium were detected by immunohistochemical SP methods.The expression of Nanog and Oct4 and patients' clinical pathological parameters in ovarian cancer were subjected to statistical analysis and their correlations were evaluated.RESULTS:Both Nanog and Oct4 protein positive rates were 93.3%(28/30) in cervical cancer tissues,which were significantly different from those of normal cervical neoplasms(P0.001).The higher expression of the Nanog and Oct4 were closely related with the degree of differentiation of tumour(P0.05).The expression of Nanog was positively related to the expression of Oct4(rs=0.531 7,P=0.002 5).CONCLUSION: Nanog and Oct4 in cervical carcinoma are excessive,Nanogand Oct4 combined detection of cervical cancer can be used as a sensitivity and specificity tumor markers of and therapeutic
