腭部肿瘤的多层螺旋CT表现

摘　　要：目的 探讨多层螺旋CT检查对腭部肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的19例腭部肿瘤（良性肿瘤11例,全部为混合瘤;恶性肿瘤8例,鳞癌4例,黏液表皮样癌3例,1例为肌上皮癌）的CT表现,包括病灶的部位、大小、形态、边缘、密度及强化特点等.结果 11例良性肿瘤中8例位于硬腭与软腭交界处,3例位于软腭,9例形态规整,密度均匀,边界清楚,2例密度不均,边界部分不清.8例恶性肿瘤中7例位于硬腭,1例位于硬腭与软腭交界处,8例均形态不规整,密度不均匀6例,密度均匀2例,边界不清或大部分不清5例.结论 多层螺旋CT能立体清晰地显示病变,对腭部良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断有重要价值.Objective To study the value of multislice spiral CT （MSCT）in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of palate tumors. Methods CT features of palate tumors pathologically proved in 19 casesfbenign tumors in 11 cases, all of them were mixed tumors;malignant tumors in 8 cases, including squamous carcinoma in 4 cases,mucoepidermoid carcinoma in 3 cases and myoepithelial carcinoma in one） including the location, size, shape, margin, density and contrast-enhancement features of the lesions. Results The benign tumors located at the junction of hard and soft palate among in 8 cases tumors,and the soft palate in 3 cases, the lesions appeared as regular shape, uniform density and clear boundary in 9 cases, uneven density and undefinite margins partly in 2 cases. In 8 cases with malignant tumors, the lesions located at the hard palate in 7 cases, the junction of hard and soft palate in one, all lesions appeared as irregular shape,6 cases with uneven density,2 with uniform density and 5 cases with undefinite borders. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT can clearly show the lesions of the palate tumors, it has important values in the differential diagnosis of benign from malignant tumors
