摘　　要：由于环境资源的外部性特征,产业共同体对绿色自然技术的绿色解码过程需要借助于环境社会技术的规制。理解环境社会技术对产业共同体的规制,有助于推动绿色自然技术在产业共同体内部的传播与扩散、构建绿色自然技术的社会生态场域、提高全社会的绿色意识,最终形成绿色产业共同体。从环境社会技术规划产业共同体的理据、路径、机理及意义等方面,进行了初步探讨。Because of the external characteristics of environmental resources, industrial community for green technology, green natural decoding process requires the help of the regulatory environment, socio-technical system. Understanding the socio-technical environment and the Community regulation on the industry helps to promote green technology in the industry, the natural spread within the Community and the proliferation of green building technology in society and the natural ecological field domain, and raise the public awareness of the green and eventually form a community of green industry.
