摘 要:目的:研究不同浓度氟饮水对大鼠下切牙形态学改变的影响。方法:将体重210±10g左右的S-D雄性成年大鼠105只随机分为4组,分别饮用含氟0、25、50、100mg/L的去离子水6周。用数码相机记录大鼠下切牙釉质的形态变化,扫描电镜观察不同程度氟牙症的形态改变。结果:对照组大鼠下切牙未发生改变。25mg/L氟实验组大鼠下切牙只发生颜色及透明度的改变。随氟浓度的增加,实验组大鼠下切牙釉质除发生颜色和透明度改变外,还发生了一系列棕白色相间横纹、牙面整个白垩色改变。扫描电镜结果显示对照组下切牙釉质唇面致密、平整、均一,实验组呈现不同程度的牙面粗糙、多孔及无基釉堆积。结论:不同浓度的饮水氟会引起釉质形态的不同表现。Objective:The Morphological characterization of fluorotic rats lower incisor enamel was carried out.Methods:105 Sprague-Dawley(S-D) rats,weight 210±5g,were randomly divided into four groups and fed with distilled water containing 0,25,50,100mg/L fluoride,respectively for 6 weeks.The Morphological characterization of rats lower incisor enamel were recorded by digital camera and SEM.Results: No changes were observed in the control group.The lower incisor photographs of experimental group exposed to 25mg/L fluoride in drinking water showed only the changes in the color and transparency.With the increasing of fluoride in drinking water,A succession of the white and pigmented bands,even white streaks were observed,Except the color and transparency of the enamel in the lower incisor.SEM analysis showed that the labial surface of the enamel in the control group was homogeneous.The experiment groups revealed hypoplastic,rough,uneven,pitted and cracked enamel surfaces covered with granular deposits in different degree.Conclusion:The different Morphological characterization appeared with the increasing fluoride doses in the drinking water.
