摘  要:以不覆盖为对照,研究了不同颜色遮阳网覆盖对菜心采收期产量及抗氧化特性的影响.结果表明:覆盖遮阳网均使菜心产量降低,其中对照>红网>银灰网>蓝网>黑网;覆盖处理菜心叶片及薹茎内丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖(SS)、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量、超氧阴离子(O2-.)生成速率及抗氧化酶活性均低于对照.红色网覆盖在各项指标上均与对照相近,说明在相同遮光率条件下,红网对菜心生长造成的遮阴逆境程度低,黑网遮阴强度大,菜心生长量最低,银灰网和蓝网覆盖差异不大.The effects of different color shading-nets on yield and antioxidative characteristics of flowering Chinese cabbage were conducted, with no shading as the control. The results showed that the yield of flowering Chinese cabbage were decreased under all shading conditions, with an order of the control (no shading ) 〉 red-net 〉 grey-net 〉 blue-net 〉 black-net; the contents of malondiadehyde ( MDA), soluble sugars (SS), H2O2, O2- generation rate and antioxidant enzymes activities under shading conditions were lower than that of the control . The treatment of red-net shading had similar effects to the control, which indicated that red net had weaker light stress than other shading nets under the same shading rate. The yield was the lowest under black-net due to its heavy shading rate. There were insignificant differences between grey- and blue-net.
