资源型城市低碳产业体系的构建──以唐山市为例

摘　　要：从资源、环境、社会经济等方面,分析目前唐山构建低碳产业体系面临的制约因素。产业结构内部的各产业进行低碳化建设,构建起低碳产业体系的基本框架,提出实现生态环境改善和经济发展的良性循环互动是推动低碳产业体系构建的保障措施。To reduce the carbon emission is the call for the evolution of industrialization when building a resource-oriented city.This thesis,in respect of city＇s resources,environment,social economy,etc.,has analyzed the restrictions facing the present construction system of low-carbon industry in Tangshan.Various sub-industries within the overall industry,which carry on the low-carbon build-up respectively,generate the basic framework of industrial system which promotes the improvement and benign interaction between eco-environment and economic development.Finally,the standard treatment is proposed to promote the construction system of low-carbon industry in Tangshan.
