摘　　要：在经济全球化、文化多元化深入发展的21世纪,大学的交往功能被提上日程,并日益引起人们重视。交往功能作为现代大学的一项基本功能,有其存在的必然性和合法性。它在培养世界公民,促进不同文明之间的沟通与融合,促进多元文化发展,调节社会冲突,促进世界和平与发展等方面具有重要功用。为此,应通过多种途径着力发展大学的交往功能,以实现其功用的良好发挥。In the background of the in-depth development of economic globalization and cultural diversi fication in the 21st century, the communicative function of colleges is put on the agenda and has attracted much attention. Communication function as a basic function of the modern university has its own necessity and legitimacy. It,plays an important role in training citizens of the world, promoting communication and integration among civilizations, enhancing multicultural development, regulating social conflict and boosting world peace and development. Therefore, we should make efforts to develop it through a variety of ways and bring it into full play.
