试论组织学习与高校组织生命力

摘  要:组织学习理论是当前学术界和管理领域探讨的前沿课题。它改变了人们长期以来把个人作为学习主体的认知方式,更前所未有地拓展与深化了学习的内涵意义。运用组织学习理论,构建学习型高校,既是时代发展变化的客观要求,也是高校组织克服自身缺陷、应对发展挑战、实现发展目标的现实需要。当前,我国高校可以从如下几方面着手构建学习型组织:更新领导观念与学习观念;坚持和完善既有的学习方式;借鉴"五项修炼"要求组织开展"学习型团队"、"学习型机关"和"学习型学院"建设。Group learning theory is a new subject in the academic and management field.It changes the cognitive style with the individual as learning agent and has unprecedentedly broadened and deepened the connotations and significance of learning.The application of the theory of group learning in order to construct the learning community in colleges and universities is not only the objective demand of social development but also the realistic requirement for universities and colleges to overcome shortcomings,respond to development challenges and realize development goals.Nowadays,the universities and colleges can build learning organizations in the following aspects: refreshing leadership and learning ideas,insisting and perfecting the existing learning styles,referring to the "Five Disciplines" with initiations to build "learning teams","learning organizations" and "learning schools".
