摘 要:目的:探讨ProEx C在宫颈癌及其癌前病变中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测ProEx C在不同宫颈病变组织芯片中的表达。结果:ProEx C在宫颈炎、CINI、CINII、CINIII及宫颈癌中的阳性表达率分别是25%,51.7%,77.9%,90%,93.8%,且其表达在宫颈癌及CINIII级病变与宫颈炎及CINI级病变相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),ProEx C在CINI级组织中表达低于CINII级,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),ProEx C在浸润性宫颈癌中的表达与临床病理因素无关(P>0.05)。结论:ProEx C反映了细胞的增殖活性,促进宫颈癌的发生发展,可作为诊断及监测预后的指标。Objective: To explore the expression and significance of ProEx C in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods: The expressions of ProEx C in the cervical tissue microarray were detected by immunohistochemical SP methods. Results:The positive rate of ProEx C in chronic cervicitis, CINⅠ, CINⅡ, CINⅢ and cervical cancer were 25%,51.7%, 77.9%, 90%, 93.8% respectively. The expression levels of ProEx C in cervical cancer and CINⅢ were significantly higher than those in cervicitis and CINI tissues (P〈0.05). ProEx C expression was higher in CINⅡ lesions than in CINⅠ lesions(P〈0.05 ).There were no significant differences between ProEx C expressions and clinicopathologic factors (P〉0.05). Conclusions: The expression ofProEx C reflect the proliferative activity and it play an important role in the carcinogenesis of cervical cancer. Moreover it could be useful in diagnosing the degree of cervical lesions and monitoring the prognosis.
