调和Angoff法在设定执业医师资格考试分数线中的应用

摘　　要：针对应用Angoff法设定执业医师资格考试分数线存在的问题,本文提出了一种新方法:调和Angoff法。该法将对错判断和概率判断相结合,从而消除了Angoff法中的"趋端效应"和"趋中效应"。结果表明:(1)对错判断高估分数线,概率判断低估分数线;(2)调和Angoff法具有一定的准确性。There are two manners of judgm ent when using Angoff method to setting cutoff score for licensure examinations：yes/no and probability judgment.However,polar tendency and central tendency maybe occur when either using yes/no judgment or probability judgment,respectively.In order to solve this problem,a new method called mediated Angoff method was proposed here,which combined yes/no with probability judgment.The presented method was used to set cutoff scores for a national licensure examination of clinicians.Data analysis was done to investigate the problems of yes/no judgment as well as probability judgment,and also to investigate the validity about the method.Conclusions were drawn as follows：（1）higher cutoff score occurred when using yes/no judgment while lower cutoff score occurred with probability judgment;（2）the mediated Angoff method was demonstrated with some of validity.
