摘　　要：许多中小学教师通过攻读教育硕士来提升自己的专业发展水平。以"离我远去"为培养原则,优化课程结构,导师通过课题研究活动培养教育硕士,建设学习共同体,提升中小学教师的知识分子意识等都是促进教育硕士生成性发展的培养策略。Primary and secondary school teachers pursue their professional development by studying for master degree in education.Strategies to promote their generative development are：＂away from me＂ quality-fostering principle,optimizing curriculum framework,carrying out research projects under the guidance of supervisors,establishing learning community,and raising identity awareness of school teachers as intellectuals.
