内创业者及其特质对我国高校创业教育的启示

摘　　要：在既存的企业内部从事创新和创业活动是企业可持续发展的重要动力,这种动力来自于企业的内创业者。内创业者一般具有创新精神、自主工作和持续学习的能力、相应的专业特长等特质,内创业者及其特质为高校创业教育提供了一条新思路。高校创业教育需改变以训练学生创业技能为中心的现状,提升其自主学习和终身学习的能力,注重培养具有一技之长的创新型人才,并鼓励其走入企业进行内创业活动,最终成为企业不可或缺的重要力量。Innovative and entrepreneurial activity is the important power for the sustainable development in the existing enterprise,which comes from the interior entrepreneur. The interior entrepreneur has such characteristics,such as the innovative spirit,independent work and sustainable learning ability,and corresponding technical expertise,which offers a new idea for cultivating entrepreneurial education in universities and colleges.For entrepreneurial education in universities and colleges,it should change the situation which focus on training students＇ entrepreneurial skills,improve their ability for independent learning and lifelong learning,cultivate the entrepreneurial talents with professional skills,and encourage them to carry out entrepreneurial activity in the enterprise,finally becoming indispensable important force for the enterprise.
