摘　　要：借助可视化引文分析探讨国外医学信息学的研究领域。选取国际上医学信息学核心期刊,套录美国《科学引文索引》中的相应文献,采用HistCite软件进行引文分析,得出引文编年图,发现其研究热点,并用Pajek软件描绘出该学科发展的主要路径。The paper discusses research fields of foreign medical informatics using visualized citation analysis. It chooses intemational core journals of medical informatics and downloads related documents from Science Citation Index （ SCI ） , gets historiograph in software HistCite to analyze citations, finds the research hotspots, depicts the main growth path of this discipline by the software Pajek.
