摘 要:采用场发射扫描电镜、高分辨透射电镜结合X射线能谱、X射线粉晶衍射对叶腊石研磨过程中微结构变化特征进行较系统的研究。结果表明:(1)研磨初期,片层结构叶腊石粉体逐渐微细化,随着研磨强度的增大,粉体颗粒进一步细化并出现团聚;(2)研磨作用使得叶腊石晶体结构发生明显改变,由初期的叶腊石相转变为偏叶腊石相,最终产物为石英和无定形态氧化铝,其中晶态的石英源自叶腊石原矿。The microstructure alteration and phase transformation of pyrophyllite were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM) coupled with energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis(EDX) techniques and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The following results are obtained:(1)The mechanical treatment by grinding produces a decrease in the particle size of original pyrophyllite with increasing time.With the increase of grinding intensities,the powder appears re-aggregation due to the high surface energy of active particle;(2)The dry grinding leads to lattice structure changed,and it results in phase transformation.Moreover,the sequence of reactions from pyrophyllite,through the anhydride phase,eventually to quartz and amorphous alumina is found,and the above quartz comes from the natural pyrophyllite.
