高职高专网上教学及其网上资源建设的现状研究

摘　　要：职业教育是国家教育体系的重要组成部分,高职高专教育近年来在国家政策的支持下取得了突飞猛进的发展。如何在高职高专教育中发挥信息技术的作用,是高职高专教学改革的内容之一,将职业教育与网络远程教育相结合是高职教育信息化的一个重要趋势。本文采用文献研究、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对高职高专网上教学的现状进行了研究。网上教学是高职高专日常面授教学、实践教学的有效辅助和补充。高职高专院校的网上教学和网上教学资源的建设都处于起步阶段,但师生对网上教学充满了期待。师生在网上教学的能力方面还普遍欠缺,网上资源数量还相对较少,适合高职高专学生学习的课程资源也比较少,不能满足教与学的需要,同时存在着建设成本高、缺乏共享等问题,需要国家在政策、经费、资源共享、培训等方面提供相关的支持和服务。Use of IT in junior colleges,with vocational education and online distance education combined effectively,has become a hot topic in educational reform in China.Taking teachers and students from junior colleges as subjects,this study employs the research instruments of literature review,questionnaires and interviews,to investigate the status quo of online teaching in these junior colleges.The findings show that online teaching can be an important supplement to face-to-face teaching and practical training;online teaching and online learning resources development has just started to grow in junior colleges with high expectations from both teachers and students;online teaching and learning skills are to be desired and trained with little satisfactory resources available yet;there are still outstanding issues like high development cost,lack of sharing,lack of economic and political mechanism for resource sharing,training and relevant support.
