摘 要:应用相关性分析及灰色关联度分析方法,对进口大豆(巴西、阿根廷、美国)内部品质及其外观品质性状间进行相关性分析,结果表明:巴西大豆脂肪含量与损伤粒(R=-0.224 5*)、热损伤粒(R=-0.239 8*)呈显著负相关;阿根廷大豆蛋白质含量与热损伤粒呈极显著正相关(R=0.495 5**);美国大豆蛋白质含量与杂质呈极显著正相关(R=0.383 4**)。不同国家大豆的各外观性状对蛋白质及脂肪含量的关联度由大到小依次均是:破碎粒>杂质>损伤粒>热损伤粒。Correlation analysis was carried out between the inner quality characters and the outward appearance quality of the soybean imported from Brazil, Argentina and America by using correlation analysis and gray correlative analysis. The results showed that:significant negative correlations between the fat content and damaged kernel (R=-0. 224 5*), heat damaged kernel ( R = - 0. 239 8 * ) were found in the Brazil's soybean;the protein content had much significant (R = 0.495 5 ** ) in the Argentina's soybean ; significant positive correlations with the heat damaged kemel positive correlation between the protein content and impurity content( R =0. 383 4 ** ) was found in the America's soybean. The gray correlative orders of the outward appearance quality and the protein content, fat content were all that broken kernel 〉 impurity 〉 damaged kernel 〉 heat damaged kernel. K
