摘  要:制备Na3PO4/MgO负载型固体碱催化剂,并对催化剂进行X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)表征分析,结果显示催化剂活性与Na3PO4晶相有关。以棉籽油制备生物柴油转换率为指标,对该催化剂催化棉籽油制备生物柴油的工艺进行优化,采用四因素五水平中心组合设计,运用响应面法研究反应时间、反应温度、醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量对生物柴油转化率的影响。结果表明最佳工艺条件为:反应时间3 h,反应温度71℃,醇油摩尔比15∶1,催化剂用量5.5%。在此条件下,生物柴油转化率为96.32%。Na3 PO4/MgO was prepared as a catalyst and was characterized by XRD and IR. Structure char- acterization results showed that the catalytic activity was related to Na3PO4 crystalline phase. With biodiesel conversion rate as an index, the transesterification conditions from cottonseed oil to biodiesel were investigated using Na3PO4/MgO catalysis. The quadratic orthogonal rotation design with four factors was used to study the effect of parameters on biodiesel conversion rate by response surface methodology. The optimal conditions of transesterification were obtained as follows : reaction time 3 h, reaction temperature 71℃, molar ratio of methanol to oil 15: 1, catalyst dosage 5.5 %. Under the optimal conditions, the biodie- sel conversion rate reached 96.32%.
