摘  要:目的:探讨大学生拖延行为与父母教养方式之间的关系。方法:以320名大学生为研究对象,采用Aitken拖延问卷(API)和父母教养方式问卷(EMBU)进行调查。结果:①大学生拖延行为高分组与低分组在父母惩罚严厉、父母拒绝否认及父母情感温暖理解上差异显著;②大学生拖延行为与父母惩罚严厉、父母拒绝否认正相关显著,且与父母情感温暖理解存在显著负相关。③逐步回归分析结果显示:母情感温暖与母拒绝否认能显著预测子女的拖延行为。结论:大学生的拖延行为的形成与父母采用的不良教养方式关系密切。Objective: To examine the correlations between procrastination and parental rearing patterns. Methods: 320 college students were examined by use the Aitken Procrastination Inventory (API) and the EMBU. Results: (1)Significant differences existed between the high-scoring and the low-scoring procrastination group in parents' strict-punishment, re- fusal-denial and warm-understanding. (2)Procrastination of undergraduates was positively correlated with parents' strict- punishment and refusal-denial. But parent's warm-understanding was significantly negative correlated with procrastination. (3)Stepwise regression analysis showed that mother's warm-understanding and refusal-denial were significant predic- tors of undergraduates' procrastination. Conclusion: Procrastinating behavior and bad parental rearing patterns of college students were closely related.
