摘  要:设计了以电流型PWM控制芯片UC3843为核心,主电路采用反激式拓扑结构来实现0~5A可调电流型电子负载。与传统的线性电子负载相比,该电子负载具有体积小、成本低、功耗低、效率高、适用面广等优点,而且在节能、降耗及环保等方面都具有重要的意义,并且解决了传统测试中电阻箱、滑线变阻器等模拟不了复杂负载的问题,还可以模拟真实环境中的负载,具有广阔的应用前景。With current-mode PWM controller UC3843 as the core,the main circuit adopts fly-back topology to achieve 0~5A adjustable current electronic load.Comparing with traditional linear electronic loads,this electronic load is not only with small size,low cost and power consumption,high efficiency,wide application,but also energy saving,consumption reduction and environmental protection.It is of great significance for it is in line with the current development of the electronic load.Meanwhile,this design solves the problem in traditional test which uses resistors,resistance boxes,sliding rheostat but can not analog the complex load.It also enjoys certain application prospect for it simulates the real load(with appliances) in our life.
