摘 要:介绍了平面分层媒质中适用于C类混合位积分方程(MPIE)的格林函数的精确计算方法。重点讨论了空域格林函数求解过程中的表面波精确提取问题。精确定位极点之后,采用围线积分法准确计算各极点处留数值。在提取表面波后,采用二级离散复镜像(DCIM)方法求解了一个两层结构的空域格林函数,并与文献值进行了对比,结果吻合良好。文章最后结合空域矩量法(MoM)求解了微带结构的散射参数,并与商业软件CST仿真值进行了对比,结果吻合良好。An efficient and accurate method is introduced to calculate the spatial Green's functions in multilayered structure,which arise in Mixed Potential Integral Equations(MPIE).An accurate approach for extracting the surface wave is discussed in detail.In order to locate the surface wave poles fast and accurately,a two-level search procedure by using the Newton-Raphson method is involved,then a robust contour integration method is employed to calculate the residuals at each pole accurately.After that,a two-level Discrete Complex Image Method(DCIM) is adopted to approximate the spatial Green's functions.Numerical results for the Green's functions of two-layer structures are presented to verify the accuracy and efficiency of this approach by comparing with the published results.Finally,a microstrip circuit is calculated in conjunction with method of moments(MoM),and the results are in good agreement with the simulation results by CST software.
