摘 要:为评价再生水灌溉对作物生长的影响,推动再生水安全灌溉。采用室内研究方法,利用微电脑控制光照培养箱,在25℃黑暗条件下,研究了再生水对西红柿发芽及其抗氧化酶系统的影响。结果表明,再生水对西红柿的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数没有影响。再生水处理明显增加了西红柿的苗高和活力指数,在发芽阶段后期表现尤为明显。再生水没有影响西红柿的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。再生水对西红柿基本没有造成危害。In order to promote safe reuse of reclaimed water in agriculture,the effect of reclaimed water on the germination and tomato antioxidant enzyme systems was studied in laboratory using the microcomputer controlled light incubator at 25 ℃ under the dark conditions.The main results of the study demonstrated that: there is no toxicity for reclaimed water to tomato varieties germination percentage,germination energy,and germination index.Reclaimed water significantly increased the height and germination vitality index of tomatoes,in particular the late stages of germination,mainly related to the mechanism and seed germination.Reclaimed water didn't affect the tomatoes superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)activity and MDA content.Reclaimed water on tomatoes basically caused no harm,selected from these physiological indicators.Just different varieties resistant tomatoes on a slightly different.
