摘　　要：花青素是存在于植物中的天然水溶性色素,属黄酮类化合物。研究发现,花青素具有抑制乳腺癌发生,促进乳腺癌细胞凋亡,抑制乳腺癌细胞增殖、转移、侵袭和血管生成的作用。本文综述了花青素对乳腺癌的防治作用及机制。Anthocyanidins,a class of flavonoids,are natural dissoluble pigments.Emerging reports have shown evidence that anthocyanidins inhibit the development of breast cancer,induce apoptosis,and inhibit tumor growth migration and invasion.This paper summarized the experimental progression of anthocyanidins against breast cancer and the underlying mechanism.
