摘 要:[目的]研究镉和乙草胺单一及复合污染对浮萍生长的影响。[方法]采用室内培养的方法,研究了镉和乙草胺单一及复合污染对浮萍生物量(鲜重)、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。[结果]在镉和乙草胺单一及复合污染条件下,浮萍的鲜重和叶绿素含量在处理后第5天显著下降,且随处理时间的延长,下降趋势更明显;可溶性糖含量在处理后第5天增加近29%,但在处理后第10和15天,随处理浓度的增加可溶性糖含量下降了近23%和28%;而脯氨酸和丙二醛含量随处理浓度的增加而显著增加。[结论]复合污染加剧了对浮萍的毒害作用。[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of cadmium(Cd) and acetochlor(AC) on Lemna minar L.growth.[Method] Hydroponics culture experiments were conducted with Lemna minar L.in room.the single and joint toxic effects of cadmium and acetochlor on the biomass(fresh weight),chlorophyll,soluble sugar,free proline,and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in the leaves of Lemna minar L.were studied.[Result] The results showed that under the condition of single and combined pollution,the biomass were decreased significantly as compared to the control after 5 days treatment,and decreased more significantly with the time;the soluble sugar content increased by 29% after 5 days treatment,but then decreased by 23% and 28%,after 10 days and 15 days treatment respectively.The free proline and MDA content were increased significantly with the concentration.[Conclusion] The results showed shown that the effects of combined pollution were heavier than those of single pollution.
